Omega Institute of Learning (OIL) is a break-through in local church ministry training. In order for you to be effective in the Body of Christ, you need the proper training. OIL, is designed to train ordinary people into extraordinary Christians making an impact in their world.

Omega Institute of Learning is broken down into three separate coarses: Biblical Foundation, School of Helps and coming soon School of Leadership. The Biblical Foundations covers the basics that every Christian should understand to have an effective Christian walk. Topics include: Salvation, Water Baptism, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Tithes and Offering and much more. There are 14 classes in this coarse.

The School of Helps will help train you to be effective in your local church, relating to your pastor, finding your place in ministry, developing a servants attitude, and much more. This eleven class coarse will help you step into the ministry that God has for you with the tools that you need to be effective.

Let's face it you can be anointed by God to do great things but without learning to lead people you will be useless. Leadership is the key. In the School of Leadership Pastor Ronnie take various leadership principles from great leaders in the Bible and will show you how to implement them into your life to become a more productive leader (School of Leadership - Coming Soon).
